My work blends project management with Learning Experience Design, making me an integral part of my institution's career development initiatives. I am a five-time educator research fellow and have received numerous awards from Education and Scientific research partnerships. I have worked on many research projects and created a curriculum widely used in classrooms nationwide. My ability to develop and adapt instructional content for diverse learner types is a testament to my expertise in the field.
I have made significant contributions at the intersection of applied science, technology, and education. As a founding educator, I was vital in adopting an industry-accepted credential program for Biotechnology assistant licensing in Florida. I am also launching my summer learning initiative for high school students to teach them how to use technology productively and build systems using AI and JavaScript.
I am a thought partner who uses my expertise and technological insight to fuel growth and innovation within my organization. I am passionate about creating meaningful educational content and learning experiences and enjoy collaborating with my colleagues to identify new opportunities that lead to positive impact.
My current projects are helping me to develop skills to become a full developer. I plan to leverage my abilities to create impactful educational resources in the digital K-12 space and for adult learners that support students.

Skin $ense is a gamified interactive E-learning that aims to improve users' knowledge of skincare, and personal finance through gamefied budget-conscious decision-making. This gamified problem-based e-learn seamlessly combines skincare tips and money-saving strategies to create an immersive and informative experience.
Learning Goal:
To educate learners about eczema, acne, and hyperpigmentation, three common skin issues.

This interactive and relatable course provides a clear overview of a new manager's responsibilities and differences between individual contributors and managers while offering guidance on initial steps, addressing new managers' everyday challenges, and providing practical strategies, including a 30/60/90-day plan, to help you navigate them.
